To provide a steering controller capable of ensuring arithmetic precision for a steering absolute angle based on a rotating angle of a motor detected through a relative angle sensor.SOLUTION: A steering angle arithmetic unit 70 of an ECU includes a middle point arithmetic block 71, correction quantity arithmetic block 72, adder 73, and absolute angle arithmetic block 74. When a drive source for vehicle traveling is activated, the middle point arithmetic block 71 calculates a motor middle point θm0 on the basis of a steering angle θs detected through a steering sensor and a rotation angle θm of a motor detected through a relative angle sensor. The correction quantity arithmetic block 72 calculates as a correction angle θm02 a difference between a conversion value, which is a value obtained by converting the steering angle θs into the rotation angle θm of the motor in consideration of a theoretical specific stroke, and an actual rotation angle θm of the motor relative to the steering angle. The adder 73 adds the correction angle θm02, which is calculated by the correction quantity arithmetic block 72, to the motor middle point θm01 calculated by the middle point arithmetic block 71, thus calculating a final motor middle point θm0.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

    【課題】相対角センサを通じて検出されるモータの回転角に基づく操舵絶対角の演算精度を確保することができる操舵制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】ECUの操舵角演算部70は、中点演算部71、補正量演算部72、加算器73および絶対角演算部74を有している。中点演算部71は、車両走行用の駆動源が始動されたとき、ステアリングセンサを通じて検出される操舵角θsおよび相対角センサを通じて検出されるモータの回転角θmに基づきモータ中点θm0を演算する。補正量演算部72は、操舵角θsを理論上の比ストロークを考慮してモータの回転角θmに換算した値である換算値と、操舵角に対する実際上のモータの回転角θmとの差を補正角度θm02として演算する。加算器73は、補正量演算部72により演算される補正角度θm02を中点演算部71により演算されるモータ中点θm01に加算することにより最終的なモータ中点θm0を演算する。【選択図】図5
