To provide a pedal device which allows a driver to quickly return his/her foot resting on a footrest to a brake pedal or an accelerator pedal.SOLUTION: A pedal device 10 disclosed herein comprises a first footrest 16 located next to a brake pedal 12 and a second footrest 18 located next to an accelerator pedal 14, and is configured such that, in a neutral state where the brake pedal 12 and the accelerator pedal 14 are not being operated, tilt angles θ (initial angles θi) of treads (BP tread 12t, first tread 16t, AP tread 14t, and second tread 18t) of the brake pedal 12, the first footrest 16, the accelerator pedal 14, and the second footrest 18 relative to a reference surface (front panel 100) are substantially the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
