To provide an individual recognition device which can link individual information to an occupant having the information accurately.SOLUTION: An individual recognition device 12 performs individual recognition of occupants in a vehicle 10 based on individual information 88 unique to each individual and performs the individual recognition of the occupants within a predetermined time from the time when notification information is provided in a case where the notification information is provided to the occupants from the vehicle 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
