To provide an improved and inexpensive circuit device for adapting and controlling cell information in a battery management system and BMC of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A circuit device 10 for a battery management system 1 of a vehicle includes: a first processing element 21 for generating a message and test information in accordance with first processing, the message being specific to cell information; a second processing element 22 for generating the same message in accordance with second processing; and a communication system interface 30 for outputting an output instruction to a communication system, the output instruction being at least partially composed of the message in accordance with the second processing and of the test information, so that the output instruction is specific to the first processing and the second processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
