To provide a road information collection support server, road information collection device, road information collection system, and road information collection method capable of allowing a vehicle to collect road information under a travel condition suitable to collect road information.SOLUTION: A road information collection support server supports a vehicle to collect road information expressing a road state, and includes: a communication section for performing communication with a vehicle; and a vehicle support section for determining a travel condition suitable for a vehicle to collect road information by an automatic operation, and transmitting a changeover instruction into an automatic operation mode to automatically operate a vehicle and a travel condition to a vehicle via the communication section, so as to allow a vehicle to collect road information under the travel condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
