To provide a hybrid rocket that achieves size and weight reduction.SOLUTION: A hybrid rocket has an oxidizer storing chamber 5 for storing a liquid or gas oxidizer, a fuel gas production chamber 3 for storing a solid fuel 4 containing a tetra-ol glycidyl azide polymer and producing a fuel gas by self-pyrolysis of the tetra-ol glycidyl azide polymer, and a combustion chamber 9 for mixing the oxidizer and the fuel gas for combustion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
