To prevent oil from blowing out from a power part while preventing deterioration in vehicle design flexibility and also preventing cost up of a discharge pipe.SOLUTION: A steam discharge device includes: an exhaust pipe located in a power transmission passage to wheels from a driving source in a vehicle and discharging steam generated in a power part taking part of power generation and power transmission; and a striking part striking the outer surface of the exhaust pipe. So that, a freezing part in the exhaust pipe can be crushed without providing any specific mechanism in the exhaust pipe. Further, the exhaust pipe is prevented from being blocked by crush of the freezing part, and thereby it is not required to route the exhaust pipe so as not to form a portion where water is easily accumulated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】車両設計自由度の低下防止を図りつつ、排気管のコストアップ防止を図りながら、動力部からのオイル吹き出し防止を図る。【解決手段】本発明に係る蒸気排出装置は、車両における駆動源から車輪への動力伝達経路内に位置されて動力の発生又は動力の伝達を担う動力部内に生じた蒸気を排出する排気管と、排気管の外面を叩打する叩打部とを備える。これにより、排気管内に特別な機構を設けることなく、排気管内の氷結部を粉砕することが可能とされる。また、氷結部の粉砕により排気管の閉塞防止が図られるため、水分が溜まり易い部分を生じさせないように排気管を引き回す必要もなくなる。【選択図】図4
