To provide an air conditioning unit which can use component parts having common specification with that of the pre-change air conditioning unit even when changing the size of a cooler, and which easily causes a wind speed distribution of wind passing through the cooler to close uniformly.SOLUTION: A rear-seat air conditioning unit 2 comprises a cooler unit 10 and a blower unit 20 which is disposed on an air flow downstream side of the cooler unit 10. The cooler unit 10 includes a cooler case 11 and a cooler 12 which is disposed in the interior of the cooler case 11. The blower unit 20 includes a blower case 21 and an air blower 30 which is provided in the blower case 21. The cooler case 11 and the blower case 21 are configured as an individual body mutually, and simultaneously include a connection part 50 which connects the cooler case 11 and the blower case 21 to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
