To vary a wall thickness depending on a load to be inputted to a rear cross member.SOLUTION: A vehicle body rear floor structure includes a rear floor panel 14 that is disposed in a rear part of a vehicle body, and a rear cross member 16 that is placed on the rear floor panel 14 and extended in a vehicle width direction. The rear cross member 16 includes a cross member front piece 18 that is disposed in a front part of a vehicle, and a cross member rear piece 20 that is disposed in a rear part of the vehicle, wherein the cross member front piece and the cross member rear piece are preliminarily divided from each other.
