To provide a conduction member which is compact and good in assembly workability.SOLUTION: A conduction member 10 has a flat type conductor 5, a pair of insulation resin made cover members 1 and 3 arranged with facing to front and back surfaces of the flat type conductor 5 respectively and sandwiching and covering the flat type conductor 5 from a sheet thickness direction, a pair of flexible rock pieces 21a and 21b arranged at one cover member 1 and projecting to another cover member 3 side, and a penetration opening 4 arranged in another cover member 3 and integrally holding the pair of cover members 1 and 3 sandwiching the flat type conductor 5 by being engaged with the pair of flexible rock piece 21a and 21b penetrating a penetration pore 53 formed at a center part of the flat type conductor 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
