To provide a rotating body, and a wind power rotating device and a wind power generating apparatus, a wind power water circulation device, a wind power aeration device each efficiently converting the wind into rotational drive.SOLUTION: The rotating body is provided that comprises: a circular disk; a rotation axis provided at the center of the circular disk: and a plurality of blades 34a and 34b arranged in a standing condition on an outer peripheral area of the circular disk. The blades are provided at angles with respect to the radial direction of the circular disk, the inner end C of the blade 34b adjacent to the inside of any of the blade 34a is located on a line connecting the outer end B of the blade 34a and the center of the disk. When the distance D1 from the outer end B of any of the blades 34a to the inner end C of the blade 34b adjacent to the inside of the blade 34a is 1, the arc distance D2 from the outer end of any of the blades 34a to the outer end of the blade adjacent to the inside of the blade 34b is 1.2 or more and 2.1 or less, and the blade is convexly curved outward. The wind power rotating device, the wind power generating apparatus, the wind power water circulation device and the wind power aeration device are also provided each of which comprises the rotating body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
