The specific sheave S1 is provided at a mast tip 30t. The moving device 70 attached to the mast 30 moves the specific sheave S1 without raising or lowering the mast 30 with respect to an upper rotating body 13, and moves the specific sheave S1 to a tension increasing side D1, which is a direction in which the tension of the derricking rope 55 can be increased.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
