To provide a vehicle electronic control device capable of suppressing generation of abnormal noise due to rattling of a substrate.SOLUTION: A case has a substrate holding portion provided on a side wall of the case and holding a substrate housed inside the case. The substrate has a deformation portion provided at a side end portion of the substrate on the substrate holding portion side and elastically deformed in the thickness direction of the substrate crossing the first and second surfaces when the substrate is held by the substrate holding portion. The substrate holding portion has a first convex portion and a second convex portion, the first convex portion protruding from the inner surface of the side wall of the case toward the deformation portion side, the second convex portion disposed, with respect to the first convex portion, in a direction along a side end portion of the substrate and being separated in a thickness direction of the substrate, the second convex portion protruding from the inner surface of the side wall of the case toward the deformation portion side. The distance between the first convex portion and the second convex portion in the thickness direction of the substrate is smaller than the dimension of the deformation portion in the thickness direction of the substrate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
