To provide a manufacturing method of a bumper stopper which is low in an initial load, and can manufacture the bumper stopper which is small in a deflection amount of the bumper stopper as a whole by the small number of processes, and the bumper stopper.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a bumper stopper has a process for pouring a foaming material 100X into a cavity C from an upper side in a vertical direction by using a metal mold having the cavity C in which a tip side of a bumper stopper is directed downward in the vertical direction, and a process for withdrawing a molded product from the metal mold after the foaming material 100X is hardened. A throttle part 412a for lowering density when the foaming material 100X is hardened below the origin density of the foaming material 100X by lowering a speed for pouring the foaming material 100X is arranged in a position in a middle between a position being a tip of the bumper stopper and a position being a rear end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】初期荷重が低く、かつ、バンプストッパ全体のたわみ量の少ないバンプストッパを少ない工程数で製造可能とするバンプストッパの製造方法及びバンプストッパを提供する。【解決手段】バンプストッパの先端側が鉛直方向下方となるキャビティCを有する金型を用いて、キャビティC内に発泡材料100Xを鉛直方向上方から流し込む工程と、発泡材料100Xが硬化した後に前記金型から成形品を取り出す工程と、を有すると共に、キャビティCには、バンプストッパの先端となる位置と後端となる位置との途中の位置に、発泡材料100Xが流れ落ちる速度を低下させることで、発泡材料100Xが硬化した際の密度が、発泡材料100Xにおける本来の密度よりも低くさせる絞り部412aが設けられていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図3
