To provide a system capable of supporting efficient recovery operation even in a power failure.SOLUTION: A data collection device includes a control unit for instructing a wireless sensor terminal to acquire measurement data, a first wireless communication unit communicating with the wireless sensor terminal by radio, and a first power storage unit supplying power to the control unit and the first wireless communication unit. The wireless sensor terminal includes a sensor unit acquiring measurement data, a second wireless communication unit communicating with the data collection device by radio, and a second power storage unit supplying power to the sensor unit and the second wireless communication unit. When the data collection device receives an abnormality detection signal, it instructs the wireless sensor terminal to acquire the measurement data through the first wireless communication unit by power supplied from the first power storage unit. On the other hand, when the wireless sensor terminal receives an instruction of the acquisition of the measurement data, it acquires the measurement data by power supplied from the second power storage unit and transmits the measurement data to the data collection device through the second wireless communication unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
