To provide a foamed resin molding capable of suppressing the generation of local recesses and dents while achieving weight reduction.SOLUTION: A foamed resin molding 20 is provided with a skin layer 30, and a foamed layer 40 formed inside the skin layer 30. The skin layer 30 includes a first skin layer 31 formed on one surface 40A of the foamed layer 40, and a second skin layer 32 formed on the other surface 40B of the foamed layer 40. The second skin layer 32 has a plurality of recessed portions 33 formed so as to approach the first skin layer 31 compared to its surroundings. The foamed layer 40 has a high density portion 43 that is more dense than the surroundings, between the first skin layer 31 and recessed portions 33 of the second skin layer 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
