To provide a rolling bearing for a slide door which can largely improve the durability of a resin-made cover member.SOLUTION: A rolling bearing for a slide door comprises: an inner ring attached to a support shaft arranged at the slide door; an outer ring arranged concentrically with the inner ring, formed so that a first width in an axial direction becomes wider than a second width of the inner ring in the axial direction, and formed with a recessed groove which is recessed to the inside in a radial direction at an axial-direction center part of an outer peripheral face in a peripheral direction; a plurality of rolling elements arranged between the inner ring and the outer ring in the peripheral direction; and a resin-made cover member which covers the outer peripheral face including the recessed groove of the outer ring integrally therewith. A bottom face part of the recessed groove is formed such that a third width in the axial direction is wider than the second width of the inner ring in the axial direction, and narrower than the first width of the outer ring in the axial direction. The coating member has a thick part covering the recessed groove, and a thin part covering both end sides in the axial direction rather than the recessed groove.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
