To provide a vehicle interior material attachment structure which inhibits a second interior material from falling from a first interior material when external force acts on a center pillar while achieving improvement of convenience during maintenance.SOLUTION: A vehicle interior material attachment structure 1 includes a first interior material 10 and a second interior material 20 which cover a vehicle while being located adjacent to each other, and are attached to each other while overlapping so that a second overlapping part 21 including a second end part 20A of the second interior material overlaps on a first overlapping part 11 including a first end part 10A of the first interior material. The first overlapping part has an insertion hole 3 and an engaged part 3r. The second overlapping part has a hook part 6 which is formed protruding to the insertion hole and may engage with the engaged part while inserted into the insertion hole. In a predetermined attachment state, the hook part is provided at a spacing from the engaged part. In a moving state where external force acts on a center pillar and the first end part 10A and the second end part 20A move in a direction such that the first end part 10A and the second end part 20A move close to each other, the hook part 6 engages with the engaged part 3r.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
