To detect a rail-track bifurcation from a captured image.SOLUTION: A rail-track bifurcation detector according to this embodiment comprises an image acquisition part, a storage part, and a bifurcation detector. The image acquisition part acquires a captured image obtained by imaging an area in the traveling direction of a railway vehicle. The storage part stores bifurcation information acquired by learning a feature value of multiple bifurcation images indicating the rail-track bifurcation in advance. The bifurcation detector detects the bifurcation shown in the captured image on the basis of the feature value of the captured image and the bifurcation information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
