To precisely measure magnitude of external force applied on an operation handle, withstand the great external force applied on the operation handle from various directions, and prevent galling generated on a sliding surface of a fixing member (middle) and a sliding surface of a movable member.SOLUTION: A movable member of external force detection means can slide through a spring member 12 in a direction parallel to a center axis of a fixing member (middle) 10-2, has a structure of measuring a movement amount between a non-contact sensor 14 arranged on a fixing member (bottom) 10-3 and an end surface of the movable member, and has a structure which can detect the magnitude of the precise external force and can withstand external force and impact force. Galling generated on a sliding surface of the fixing member (middle) and a sliding surface of the movable member is prevented by fixing between a connection part of the movable member 11 of the external force detection means and an operation handle 8 through an elastic member 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】操作ハンドルに加えられる外力の大きさを正確に計測し、様々な方向から操作ハンドルに加わる大きな外力に耐え、かつ、固定部材(中)摺動面と可動部材摺動面で発生するかじりを防止する。【解決手段】外力検出手段の可動部材は固定部材(中)10−2の中心軸に平行な方向にバネ部材12を介して摺動可能とし、固定部材(下)10−3に配置された非接触センサ14と可動部材端面の間の移動量を計測する構造であり、正確な外力の大きさを検出でき、また外力や衝撃力に対して耐えられる構造である。また、外力検出手段の可動部材11と操作ハンドル8との連結部の間に弾性部材16を介して固定することにより前記固定部材(中)摺動面と前記可動部材摺動面で発生するかじりを防止する。【選択図】図3
