To improve knob operational feeling deterioration due to sudden increase of a knob operation load at a maximum operation position without increasing the number of components by gradually increasing the knob operation load before the knob maximum operation position with use of a spring for maintaining a knob at an initial position in an operation knob structure which operates adjustment of a position of a movable part of a seat for seating by operation of the knob.SOLUTION: A seat operation knob structure comprising: a knob 66; a rotary shaft 55Sb of the knob 66; a torsion spring 55Sa which is wound around an axis of the rotary shaft 55Sb and maintains the knob 66 at an initial position before operation during non-operation of the knob 66; and a stopper 56t which contacts a drive gear 55S for slide at a maximum operation position of the knob 66 and regulates a maximum operation amount of the knob 66. The torsion spring 55Sa is so set that winding-up occurs on the rotary shaft 55Sb in association with increase in the operation amount of the knob 66, and is so set that winding-up occurs on a smaller operation amount side with respect to the maximum operation position of the knob 66.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11

    【課題】ノブ操作により着座用シートの可動部の位置を調整操作する操作ノブ構造において、ノブを初期位置に維持するスプリングを利用してノブの最大操作位置手前でノブの操作荷重を徐々に大きくすることにより、部品点数を増加することなく、ノブの操作荷重が最大操作位置で急増することに伴うノブの操作感の悪化を改善する。【解決手段】ノブ66と、ノブ66の回転軸55Sbと、回転軸55Sbの軸周りに巻回されてノブ66の非操作時にノブ66を操作前の初期位置に維持するトーションスプリング55Saと、ノブ66の最大操作位置でスライド用ドライブギヤ55Sに当接して、ノブ66の最大操作量を規制するストッパ56tとを備える。トーションスプリング55Saは、ノブ66の操作量の増加に伴って回転軸55Sb上で巻き締めが生じるように設定されており、巻き締めがノブ66の最大操作位置よりも操作量の小さい側で生じるように設定されている。【選択図】図11
