To provide a static eliminator for a vehicle, by which static electricity of a vehicle body can be sufficiently neutralized and removed, material costs and manufacturing costs can be reduced, and, moreover, an external appearance can satisfactorily be maintained .SOLUTION: A static eliminator 6 for a vehicle 1 comprises a resin tape 7 stuck, via an adhesive 8, to a specific portion charged with positive static electricity. A surface resistance value of the adhesive 8 is 1×10(Ω) to 1×10(Ω). The resin tape 7 is formed from a synthetic resin material that is easily charged with negative static electricity. A surface area of the resin tape 7 is equal to a surface area of an aluminium adhesive tape having the same discharge characteristics as the resin tape. The respective peripheral edge parts of the resin tape 7 and the aluminium adhesive tape are formed sharp or pointed. A length of the peripheral edge part 6A of the resin tape 7 is three times to five times of that of the peripheral edge part of the aluminium adhesive tape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

    【課題】車体における静電気を十分に中和除電することができると共に、材料コストや製造コストを低減することができ、しかも、外観の見栄えを良好に維持することのできる車両の除電器を提供する。【解決手段】車両1の除電器6において、正の極性の静電気を帯びる特定部位に粘着剤8を介して貼付される樹脂テープ7を備え、粘着剤8の表面抵抗値は1×1010(Ω)から1×1011(Ω)であり、樹脂テープ7は負の極性の静電気を帯びやすい合成樹脂材料によって形成され、樹脂テープ7の表面積は放電特性が同じであるアルミニウム粘着テープと同じ表面積であり、樹脂テープ7およびアルミニウム粘着テープの各周縁部は自己放電を生じさせるように鋭利もしくは尖って形成され、樹脂テープ7の周縁部6Aの長さはアルミニウム粘着テープの周縁部の長さの3倍から5倍である。【選択図】図5
