To provide a light-weight heat-resistant soundproof material for vehicle, which has heat resistance, can maintain moldability and superior in sound absorption performance and sound insulation performance.SOLUTION: A heat-resistant soundproof material for vehicle comprises: 15 to 70 weight% of synthetic resin with a fiber diameter of 0.1 to 3.0 denier; 15 to 55 weight% of glass fiber with the fiber diameter of 0.1 to 3.5 denier; and 15 to 55 weight% of thermosetting resin; wherein total 45 to 85 weight% of the synthetic resin and the glass fiber are entangled with each other. In the heat-resistant soundproof material for vehicle, basis weight is 400 to 2,000 g/m, ventilation resistance is 200 to 17,000 Ns/mand thickness is 1 to 30 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6

    【課題】耐熱性を備えて且つ成形性を維持でき、軽量で且つ更に吸音性能及び遮音性能に優れた車両用耐熱防音材を提供する。【解決手段】繊維径が0.1〜3.0デニールの合成樹脂:15〜70重量%と、繊維径が0.1〜3.5デニールのガラス繊維:15〜55重量%と、熱硬化性樹脂:15〜55重量%とを備え、この合成樹脂とこのガラス繊維との合計が45〜85重量%であるものを交絡させてできた車両用耐熱防音材であって、上記車両用耐熱防音材は、目付:400〜2,000g/m2で、通気抵抗:200〜17,000Ns/m3であり、厚さ:1〜30mmからなる車両用耐熱防音材とする。【選択図】図6
