To provide a headup display device which improves assembling performance by easily inserting rotating shaft parts into a bearing part at assembling, and in which the rotating shaft parts hardly come off from the bearing part after being assembled.SOLUTION: A headup display device 1 comprises a recessed face mirror 8 having a pair of rotating shaft parts 83 protruding to left and right both sides, and rotatably accommodated in a lower case 3 around axial lines of the rotating shaft parts 83, and a stay member 9 which is arranged in the lower case 3 so as to be removable therefrom, and in which a second bearing part 91 for pivoting a second rotating shaft part 832 is formed. The second rotating shaft part 832 has a rotating shaft part main body 832a extending along an axial line direction, and a salient part 832b formed at an external peripheral face of the rotating shaft part main body 832a.
