To provide a manufacturing method of a vehicle seat constitution member obtained by integrally foam-molding a skin and a seat pad, and having a main part and a side part different in hardness.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a seat back constitution member in which a back pad 30 is integrally foam-molded with a back cover 20. A standing wall member 25 is provided at a seam allowance part 23c of a main cover 21 and a side cover 22 on a reverse side face of the back cover 20. The manufacturing method has: a first process in which a front side face of the back cover 20 is so located on a cavity surface of a lower die 51 as to be brought into contact with the cavity surface; a second process in which a main part padding raw material 31R is injected onto a reverse side face of the main cover 21, and a side padding raw material 32R, which can form a compact which has a hardness higher than that of a compact of the main part padding raw material 31R, is injected onto a reverse side face of the side cover 22; a third process in which an upper die 52 is closed, thereby making foam curing; and a fourth process in which the seat back constitution member is removed from the dies.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
