To provide an information transmission provision device, information transmission provision method, and information transmission provision program, which allow for detecting a factor hindering movement of a mobile body and providing updates of information pertaining to the hindering factor as to whether the information is still valid or not while keeping the information processing load and communication load low.SOLUTION: An information transmission device is provided, comprising: a determination unit configured to determine whether a mobile body has taken evasive action or not on the basis of first behavioral information pertaining to change in travel direction of the mobile body; and a transmission unit configured to transmit a request for information pertaining to a location at which the evasive action was apparently made to other mobile bodies when the determination unit determines that an evasive action has been taken.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】情報処理の負荷を低く保ちつつ、また、通信負荷を低く保ちつつ移動体の移動に支障をきたす要因を検出し、当該支障をきたす要因に関する情報が引き続き有効であるか否かという点において情報更新を行うことが可能な情報送信提供装置、情報送信提供方法及び情報送信提供プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】情報送信装置は、一の移動体の進行方向変化に関する情報である第1の挙動情報に基づいて前記一の移動体が回避行動を行ったかを判定する判定部と、前記判定部が前記回避行動を行ったと判定した際に、前記回避行動が行われたとされた一の位置に関する情報の要求を他の移動体に送信する送信部と、を含む。【選択図】図1
