To provide a thermoplastic resin composition for tire inner liner excellent in gas barrier property, and achieving heat resistance and good film deposition property without failure by tire vulcanization.SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition contains an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer or modified ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (A), and a polyamide elastomer (B) having melting point of 170°C or less. The manufacturing method of a pneumatic tire includes a process for manufacturing a thermoplastic resin composition film by melting and molding a thermoplastic resin composition containing the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer or modified ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (A), and the polyamide elastomer (B) having melting point of 170°C or less at a discharge temperature which is a vulcanization temperature Tor less, a process for manufacturing a green tire containing the thermoplastic resin composition film as an inner liner, and a process for manufacturing the pneumatic tire by vulcanizing the green tire at the vulcanization temperature T.SELECTED DRAWING: None

    【課題】ガスバリア性に優れ、タイヤ加硫で故障しない耐熱性と良好なフィルム製膜性を両立するタイヤインナーライナー用熱可塑性樹脂組成物を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、エチレン−ビニルアルコール共重合体または変性エチレン−ビニルアルコール共重合体(A)および融点が170℃以下のポリアミドエラストマー(B)を含む。本発明の空気入りタイヤの製造方法は、エチレン−ビニルアルコール共重合体または変性エチレン−ビニルアルコール共重合体(A)および融点が170℃以下のポリアミドエラストマー(B)を含む熱可塑性樹脂組成物を加硫温度Tv以下の吐出温度で溶融成形して熱可塑性樹脂組成物フィルムを作製する工程、前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物フィルムをインナーライナーとして含むグリーンタイヤを作製する工程、および前記グリーンタイヤを加硫温度Tvで加硫して空気入りタイヤを製造する工程を含む。【選択図】なし
