To provide a maintenance support device of a passenger conveyor capable of offering support such that a maintenance worker enters or leaves a machine room.SOLUTION: A maintenance support device of a passenger conveyor comprises a handgrip bar. The handgrip bar is provided below an edge of an opening of a machine room of the passenger conveyor. The handgrip bar protrudes at the center side of the opening of the machine room when power of a control panel of the passenger conveyor is cut off. According to the maintenance support device, the maintenance worker enters or leaves the machine room with the use of the handgrip bar or a ladder. For that reason, it can offer support such that the maintenance worker enters or leaves the machine room.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】保守員が機械室に出入りすることを支援できる乗客コンベアの保守支援装置を提供する。【解決手段】乗客コンベアの保守支援装置は、手掛棒を備える。手掛棒は、乗客コンベアの機械室の開口部の縁部の下方に設けられる。手掛棒は、乗客コンベアの制御盤の電源が遮断された場合に機械室の開口部の中央の側に突き出す。当該保守支援装置によれば、保守員は、手掛棒または梯子を利用して機械室に出入りする。このため、保守員が機械室に出入りすることを支援できる。【選択図】図2
