To provide a railroad crossing controller which can stop a train when the crossing is hindered or failed on condition that an existing on-board signal device can be used without modification and a train detecting device such as a control unit or an axle detector are not installed on the ground.SOLUTION: A train control information transfer system in which an onboard signal device controls a train based on train control information inputted from outside comprises ground units, a railroad crossing management device and an onboard radio device and, among them, the ground units are installed on a track on which the train runs, the railroad crossing management device transmits train control information presenting, to the onboard radio device mounted on the train, a stop point in this side of the crossing, taking the ground unit as a reference point and the train comprises the onboard radio device which receives the train control information from the management device and when the train passes through the ground unit, inputs into the onboard signal device mounted on the train, a train control information, taking the ground unit as a reference point.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】既存の車上信号装置を改造することなく活用して、地上側に制御子や車軸検知器などの列車検知機器を設置することなく、踏切支障時や故障時には列車を停止させることのできる踏切制御を実現する。【解決手段】外部から入力される列車制御情報に基づいて車上信号装置が列車を制御する列車制御情報伝達システムにおいて、前記列車が走行する路線上には地上子が設置され、前記地上子を基点として踏切手前の停止点を示す列車制御情報を前記列車に搭載された車上無線装置に伝達する踏切管理装置を備え、前記列車は、前記踏切管理装置からの前記列車制御情報を受信し、前記地上子通過時に、前記地上子を基点とした列車制御情報を前記列車に搭載された前記車上信号装置に入力する車上無線装置を備えるように構成する。【選択図】 図1
