To make it possible to improve a response speed of an airframe even if a rotor blade has a smaller size.SOLUTION: A flow control system comprises a rotor blade which is connected to a wing of an aircraft, a plasma actuator fitted to a surface of the rotor blade. A an air flow around the wing is controlled by interlocking steering angle change of the rotor blade with operation of the plasma actuator. Further, an aircraft comprises the above-said flow control system.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】より小さなサイズの動翼であっても機体の応答速度を向上できるようにすることである。【解決手段】実施形態に係る流れ制御システムは、航空機の翼に連結される動翼と、前記動翼の表面に取付けられたプラズマアクチュエータとを備え、前記動翼の舵角変化と前記プラズマアクチュエータの作動を連動させることによって前記翼の周りにおける空気の流れを制御するようにしたものである。また、実施形態に係る航空機は、上述した流れ制御システムを備えたものである。【選択図】 図1
