To suppress influence on an output of an electric power supply when limiting a current fetched from a conversion circuit.SOLUTION: A power generation amount generated by an electric power supply is input, an upper limit of a current which can be fetched from a conversion circuit increasing a voltage input from the electric power supply is calculated by using a relationship changed in accordance with an operation of the conversion circuit, a lower limit voltage of the conversion circuit is calculated from the power generation amount of the electric power supply and an upper limit current value, and the voltage of an output side in the conversion circuit can be suppressed so as to exceed the lower limit voltage. Thus, even if the current fetched from the conversion circuit by the voltage converter is limited, influence on the output of the electric power supply can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
