To provide a conjugated diene polymer excellent in balance of abrasion resistance and processability, and also excellent in balance of low hysteresis loss property and wet grip property.SOLUTION: There is provided a conjugated diene polymer having at least 2 peaks derived from the conjugated diene polymer in a molecular weight distribution curve obtained by a gel permeation chromatography (GPC) measurement, in which peak top molecular weight of a peak (B) is 150,000 to 650,000, peak area of the peak (B) is 30% or more and less than 80% when peak area derived from the conjugated diene polymer is 100%, contraction factor at peak top of a peak (A) g'(A) is less than 0.97, contraction factor at peak top of the peak (B) g'(B) is less than 0.86, and g'(A)>g'(B), wherein in 2 peaks of larger order of peak area in the peak of the molecular weight curve, a peak in a high molecular weight side is the peak (A), and a peak in low molecular weight side is the peak (B).SELECTED DRAWING: None
