To provide a vehicle motion control device which can improve ride comfort of a crewman when traveling on a curve.SOLUTION: A vehicle motion control device 11 comprises a lateral motion amount acquisition part 11a, a lateral motion amount correction part 11b and an output part 11c. A lateral acceleration and a lateral jerk acting on a vehicle during traveling on a curve are determined by the lateral motion amount acquisition part 11a on the basis of a curvature radius of the curve in which the vehicle enters and a speed in a cross direction in which the vehicle travels on the curve, and the lateral acceleration and the lateral jerk are corrected to values in a range of a prescribed maximum lateral jerk or more and a prescribed minimum lateral jerk or less by the lateral motion amount correction part 11b. A command for controlling the vehicle to the lateral acceleration after correction and the lateral jerk after correction is outputted from the output part 11c to a vehicle motion control part 10 which performs vehicle steering control and brake control. During a lateral acceleration of the vehicle when entering in the curve reaches a maximum value, the lateral acceleration is controlled, whereby ride comfort of a crewman can be improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】カーブ走行時の乗員の乗り心地を向上できる車両運動制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】車両運動制御装置11は、横運動量取得部11a、横運動量補正部11b及び出力部11cを備えている。横運動量取得部11aで、車両が進入するカーブの曲率半径と車両がカーブを走行する前後方向の速度に基づいて、カーブを走行中に車両に作用する横加速度及び横加加速度を求め、横加速度と横加加速度を横運動量補正部11bで所定の最低横加加速度以上かつ所定の最高横加加速度以下の範囲の値に補正する。そして、出力部11cから補正後横加速度と補正後横加加速度に車両を制御するための指令を車両の操舵制御又は制動制御を行なう車両運動制御部10に出力する。カーブ進入時の車両の横加速度が最大値に達するまでの間、横加加速度を制御することで乗員の乗り心地を向上できる。【選択図】図2
