To provide a vehicle skelton structure that is able to satisfactorily ensure an amount of impact absorption in the event of vehicle collision while allowing a bumper reinforcement to ventilate.SOLUTION: Notches 26, 28 set to include a range in a vehicle width direction corresponding to a crush box 22 are formed on a lower wall part 16B of an upper composing member 16 and an upper wall part 18A of a lower composing member 18, respectively. The formation of such notches 26, 28 hinders transmission of load to the crush box 22 from an intermediate composing part 14M in a case where load is input to a front bumper RF14 from a side opposite to the crush box 22. In addition, an upper ridge line 30L of a holding bracket 30 is disposed so as to continue to an upper ridge line 22A of the crush box 22. A lower ridge line 30M of the holding bracket 30 is disposed so as to continue to a lower ridge line 22B of the crush box 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
