To provide a new technology for effectively heating a storage battery connected with a main circuit.SOLUTION: In a converter controller 32, a ripple current control part 120 generates a reactive-current command value i_with an amplitude, having a reactive-current waveform for a trolley voltage vto correspond to a storage battery ripple current effective value current value I, to increase ripple components included in a storage battery current iby superposing the same on a converter current value i_in a converter control part 100. This operation increases internal resistance occurring in a storage battery 20 to effectively heat the storage battery 20. Further, an internal resistance calculation part 140 uses the effective value Vof the ripple component of a storage battery voltage vand a storage battery ripple current effective value Ito calculate the internal resistance of the storage battery 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】主回路に接続される蓄電池に対する効果的な加温を行う新たな技術の提案。【解決手段】コンバータ制御装置32において、リプル電流制御部120が、架線電圧vpに対する無効電流波形であって、蓄電池リプル電流実効値指令値Ibr_refに応じた振幅の無効電流指令値ic_refqを生成し、コンバータ制御部100におけるコンバータ電流指令値ic_refに重畳させることで、蓄電池電流ibに含まれるリプル成分を増加させる。これにより、蓄電池20に生じる内部発熱を増大させて蓄電池20を効果的に加温することができる。また、内部抵抗算出部140が、蓄電池電圧vbのリプル成分の実効値Vbrと、蓄電池リプル電流実効値Ibrとを用いて、蓄電池20の内部抵抗を算出する。【選択図】図2
