To provide a technology for controlling a rotor craft that can be controlled safely even when one of the rotor systems goes down in a rotor craft with multiple rotors.SOLUTION: There is provided a flight method for a rotor craft including multiple rotors, an arm installed with the rotors, and a flap part. A control unit executes: a step of detecting a failure occurring in any of the rotors; and a step of controlling a posture of the rotor craft using the flap.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 21
