To provide a cooling system of a rotary electric machine which enables reduction of costs and cools a rotary electric machine efficiently to optimize a workload of a pump without mounting a mechanism needing a wide space.SOLUTION: A cooling system 29 of an embodiment includes: a rotary electric machine 1 having a case 2 in which a first refrigerant flows; a pump 30 which is driven by rotational driving force of the rotary electric machine 1 and pumps a second refrigerant; a first passage 31 which extends from the pump 30 to the rotary electric machine 1 and guides the second refrigerant to the rotary electric machine 1; a second passage 32 which branches from the first passage 31 and guides the second refrigerant to the pump 30; and a solenoid 50 which adjusts flow of the second refrigerant to the first passage 31 and the second passage 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
