To remove the vibration from an object other than a bearing for a passenger conveyor and to accurately inspect the degradation of the bearing, when the bearing is inspected.SOLUTION: This inspection device includes: a vibration sensor 11 for detecting a vibration of a bearing 5 of a passenger conveyor; a magnetic sensor 13 for detecting a magnetism generated from the bearing; and a determination processing unit 16 for determining the state of the bearing on the basis of an output signal of the vibration sensor. Here, the determination processing unit 16 extracts a vibration component that is generated by the degradation of the bearing 5 including the rolling element or by the degradation of a shaft 41 of the bearing 5 or a member rotating in interlock with the shaft 41, from the state of an output signal of the vibration sensor 11, in the time of one revolution of the rolling element in the bearing 5 that is calculated from the output signal of the magnetic sensor 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
