To provide a steering angle detection device capable of calculating a correction amount in which dimension change due to temperature change can be more correctly reflected.SOLUTION: A control steering angle calculation part 53 comprises: a pinion conversion angle calculation part 71 for calculating a pinion conversion angle θp_c; a correction amount calculation part 72 for calculating a correction amount C; and a low pass filter processing part 73 for performing low pass filter processing to the correction amount C. The correction amount calculation part 72 multiplies a difference between a pinion sensor angle θp_d and the pinion conversion angle θp_c by a ratio according to a length from an axial middle point of a rack shaft in a length from a connection part of the rack shaft and a pinion shaft to a connection part of the rack shaft and an EPS actuator, to a connection part of the EPS actuator, thereby calculating the correction amount C.
