To provide a traveling control device which can obtain a prescribed maximum speed without being affected by a warmup state and traveling resistance, and an industrial vehicle.SOLUTION: A traveling control device comprises: a first detection part 2 for detecting an accelerator operation amount; a second detection part 3 for detecting a rotational speed of a traveling motor 20; a storage part 5 for storing torque curve data related to a torque curve of the traveling motor 20; a control part 6 for deciding the target torque of the traveling motor 20; and an inverter part 7 for controlling the traveling motor 20 following the target torque. Time data in which a time up to the arrival of the rotational speed to the maximum speed is measured is stored in the storage part 5. The control part 6 performs first processing for measuring a continuation time of a full-acceleration state, second processing for deciding an arrival time up to the arrival of the rotational speed to the maximum speed after the full-acceleration state by referring to the time data, and third processing for correcting the torque curve so as to be torque-upped by a first correction torque amount when the continuation time is longer than the arrival time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】暖気状態や走行抵抗に影響されることなく所定の最高速度を得られる走行制御装置および産業車両を提供する。【解決手段】アクセル操作量を検出する第1検出部2と、走行モータ20の回転速度を検出する第2検出部3と、走行モータ20のトルク曲線に関するトルク曲線データが格納された記憶部5と、走行モータ20の目標トルクを決定する制御部6と、目標トルクに従って走行モータ20を制御するインバータ部7と、を備える。記憶部5には、回転速度が最高速度に到達するまでの時間を測定した時間データが格納されている。制御部6は、フルアクセル状態の継続時間を測定する第1処理と、時間データを参照してフルアクセル状態になってから最高速度に到達するまでの到達時間を決定する第2処理と、継続時間が到達時間よりも大の場合に第1補正トルク分だけトルク曲線をトルクアップさせる補正を行う第3処理と、を実行することを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
