To provide an elevator for definitely avoiding "a user accompanying a pet" from getting on the same car with "a user who desires to evade the riding with a pet".SOLUTION: An elevator includes a landing call button and a reject button operated for avoiding a user, who desires to evade the riding with a pet, from getting on a car with a pet, which are installed in an entrance of the elevator, a riding determination unit of a person accompanying a pet, and an operation control unit. The riding determination unit of a person accompanying a pet determines whether or not a person accompanying a pet is getting on an elevator car. When it is determined that a person accompanying a pet is getting on the car, a flag indicating the riding of a person accompanying a pet, which shows that a person accompanying a pet gets on the car, is brought into the ON state. When the landing call button is operated together with the reject button for avoiding the riding with a pet while the flag showing the riding of a person accompanying a pet is set in the ON state, a response to the landing call done by the operation of the landing call button is delayed until the person accompanying the pet gets off the car by the operation control unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】「ペット同伴者」と「ペットとの同乗を回避したい利用者」との同乗を確実に避けるためのエレベータを提供する。【解決手段】実施形態によればエレベータは、エレベータの乗場に設置された、乗場呼びボタン、およびペットとの同乗を回避したい利用者が操作するためのペット同乗不可ボタンと、ペット同伴者乗車判断部と、運転制御部とを備える。ペット同伴者乗車判断部は、エレベータの乗りかごにペット同伴者が乗車中であるか否かを判断し、乗車中であると判断すると、ペット同伴者が乗りかごに乗車していることを示すペット同伴者乗車中フラグをON状態にする。運転制御部は、ペット同伴者乗車中フラグがON状態にされているときに、ペット同乗不可ボタンとともに乗場呼びボタンが操作されると、当該乗場呼びボタンの操作による乗場呼びへの応答を、当該ペット同伴者が降車するまで延期させる。【選択図】図2
