To provide a delivery plan generation system for supporting generation of a package delivery plan reflecting time required for delivery after a stop of a delivery vehicle.SOLUTION: A delivery plan generation system includes: means for creating a delivery group including a package whose delivery destination is in a predetermined relationship, from a set of packages; means for storing a parking place of a delivery vehicle delivering the package and time required for a package delivery after a stop of a delivery vehicle for each past delivery; means for determining a parking place of a delivery vehicle delivering the package of the created delivery group on the basis of the stored parking place; means for calculating a delivery time after the stop of the vehicle for the created delivery group on the basis of the stored time about the package in the delivery group; and means for generating a delivery plan including a moving route between parking places, a stop time for each parking place, and a departure time for each parking place, on the basis of the determined parking place and the delivery time after the stop of the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
