To provide a noise reduction device capable of increasing a noise reduction amount, an aircraft, and a noise reduction method.SOLUTION: A noise reduction device 1 has a perforated plate 2 that is disposed so as to face a flow of fluid and has a bent region 5 bending to the upstream side of the flow of fluid. The bent region 5 is provided at an end part 6 of the perforated plate 2, and has a concave R shape to the upstream side of the flow of fluid. Although a fluid flow direction is typically deflected outward from the center of the perforated plate 2 due to the perforated plate 2, the deflected fluid can easily pass through the perforated plate 2 because of having the bent region 5. This weakens a shear layer in the flow of fluid, reduces noise induced by a vortex, and thus can increase a noise reduction amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】騒音の低減量を大きくすることができる騒音低減装置、航空機及び騒音低減方法を提供すること。【解決手段】騒音低減装置1は、流体の流れに対向するように配置され、流体の流れの上流側に曲がった曲がり領域5を有する多孔板2を有する。曲がり領域5は、多孔板2の端部6に設けられ、流体の流れの上流側に凹のR形状を有する。多孔板2に起因して流体の流れの方向が典型的には多孔板2の中心から外に向かって偏向するが、曲がり領域5を有することで、偏向した流体が多孔板2を通過し易くなる。これにより、流体の流れのせん断層が弱まり、渦によって誘起される騒音が小さくなり、騒音の低減量を大きくできる。【選択図】図2
