To provide a deterioration estimation method and a deterioration estimation device or a deterioration estimation system of nonaqueous lithium type power storage component where active charcoal and a lithium transition metal oxide having olivine structure is blended to the positive electrode.SOLUTION: A discharge curve taking the discharge capacity on the abscissa axis and the voltage on the ordinate, when a nonaqueous lithium type power storage component containing, as a positive electrode active material, active charcoal and a lithium transition metal oxide having spinel structure capable of occluding and discharging lithium ion is subjected to constant current discharge is divided into a first region, a second region and a third region, in order from the high voltage side, and a database group indicating the capacity deterioration coefficients of respective regions as the parameters of voltage and temperature is created, voltage and temperature of the power storage component in operation are measured, capacity deterioration coefficients corresponding to the measured voltage and temperature are calculated from the database group, and then the capacity deterioration coefficients of the power storage component are estimated by totalizing the capacity deterioration coefficients of the first, second and third regions, while furthermore the capacity deterioration coefficients of the power storage component are estimated by integrating the estimation capacity of each time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】正極に活性炭とオリビン構造を有するリチウム遷移金属酸化物を混合した非水系リチウム型蓄電素子の劣化推定方法及び劣化推定装置又は劣化推定システムの提供。【解決手段】正極活物質として活性炭とリチウムイオンを吸蔵及び放出可能なスピネル構造を有するリチウム遷移金属酸化物とを含む非水系リチウム型蓄電素子を定電流放電した際の放電容量を横軸、電圧を縦軸に取った放電カーブを高電圧側から順に:第1領域;第2領域;第3領域に分け、各領域の容量劣化係数を電圧と温度のパラメータとして表したデータベース群を作成し、該蓄電素子の稼働中の電圧と温度を測定して、該測定した電圧と温度に相当する容量劣化係数を該データベース群より演算し、該第1、第2及び第3領域の容量劣化率を推定して合計することにより該蓄電素子の容量劣化率を推定し、さらに時間毎の推定容量を積算することにより該蓄電素子の容量劣化率を推定する。【選択図】図1
