To discriminate an LED (light-emitting diode) traffic light, in particular, from among traffic lights.SOLUTION: A traffic light discrimination device 1 comprises: multiple cameras 2a and 2b each having a different frame rate in the case of imaging, and being configured to image a common subject; and a discrimination unit 3 for discriminating whether the subject imaged by the cameras 2a and 2b is an LED traffic light on the basis of an image group captured by the camera 2a and an image group captured by the camera 2b, out of the cameras 2a and 2b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
