To provide a lifting device capable of lowering a total height of a shelf device without reducing storage number of a palette and consisting of component with high versatility and a plate shipping shelf device having the lifting device.SOLUTION: A lifting platform arranged to be capable of lifting freely at one side of a frame, a pair of drive source for generating power to lift the lifting platform, and a pair of drive shaft rotating by power of the pair of drive source and a pair of lifting device for lifting the lifting platform through a pair of drive shaft are provided, wherein the pair of drive source are arranged to be apart from each other on an upper part of the frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
