To provide a wiper controller capable of inspecting at inspection communication speed.SOLUTION: An inspection device 74 performs communication including an inspection ID within an inspection communication stoppage time since a microcomputer 58 is turned on, the microcomputer 58 sends communication including a response ID for indicating a fact that, a mode shifted to the inspection mode corresponding to communication including the inspection ID to the inspection device 74 at inspection communication speed.
