To provide a power-assisted bicycle capable of relatively reducing a diameter of a fitted part between a crank shaft 7a and a human power transmission body 28 to which a torque sensor 31 is mounted while the diameter of the connection fitted part of the crank shaft 7a with the crank arm 7b is set to be a size capable of obtaining sufficient connection strength.SOLUTION: The power-assisted bicycle includes a crank shaft 7a to which human power driving force is transmitted from a pedal through a crank arm 7b and a human power transmission body 28 fitted to an outer periphery of the crank shaft 7a through concave-convex parts 7c, 28b and having a distortion generation unit of a torque sensor 31 formed at the outer periphery. A difference A1 in a radial direction between an outer diameter of a portion fitted with the crank arm 7b and an outer diameter of a portion fitted with the human power transmission body 28 in the crank shaft 7a is smaller than a difference B1 in a radial direction between the concave-convex parts 7c, 28b formed on an inner surface of a portion of the human power transmission body 28 fitted with the crank shaft 7a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
