To provide a structure capable of achieving a reduction in yaw moment by side wind substantially without changing the entire height, width and length of a vehicle.SOLUTION: An aerodynamic apparatus according to the present invention for a moving object includes: upper edge portions and lower edge portions which are provided on both right and left side faces, respectively, at the rear section of a body, abut on the respective side faces, and extended in the back-and-forth direction of the moving object; and a wing surface portion which couples those with each other and extended substantially in parallel therewith; a flow path defining element that defines flow paths extended between the wing surface portion and the respective side faces so as to allow a fluid to flow through in the back-and-forth direction of the moving object; valve means for opening and closing openings of the respective flow paths provided at the rear-section side of the moving object; and valve control means for controlling the valve means so as to open the openings at both sides when there is no side wind applied to the moving object, and to close the opening at the upstream side of the side wind but to open the opening at the downstream side of the side wind when there is the side wind applied to the moving object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
