To provide a vehicular structure that prevents, when forward force is applied on a suspension member, force in a peeling direction from being applied on a front side member from a portion of a bracket that supports the suspension member.SOLUTION: A front side member formed of high-tensile steel includes: a bottom wall portion that is apart from the lower surface of a floor panel downwardly; a pair of right and left side wall portions that extend upwardly from respective both side edges of the bottom wall portion; and a pair of right and left flange portions which extend from upper end portions of the respective right and left side wall portions and which are joined with the lower surface of the floor panel. A bracket includes: a first fastened portion having undergone spot welding to the lower surface of the bottom wall portion; a second fastened portion having undergone spot welding to the external surface of the side wall portion located at the internal side in the vehicle widthwise direction and extended upwardly from the side edge portion of the first fastened portion; and a third fastened portion extended from the second fastened portion, having undergone spot welding to not the lower surface of the flange portion but the lower surface of the floor panel, and supporting a suspension member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
